PLAN DETAILS:

8 Sessions for individuals or groups – Sessions are 1 hour long. Train from the comfort of your home or your local park.

HOW TO SCHEDULE SESSIONS:

Coach Lee will send you an email to select dates, times and location for your sessions.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR A SESSION:

A towel, floor mat, and a water bottle. Various sizes of dumbbells are recommended.

SESSION REQUIREMENTS:

Each person attending is required to fill out an online Release and Waiver of Liability Form prior to the first session.
