One day some time ago, I had a body mass index (BMI) of 31.5, which was considered obese for a guy of my size, 6’1” and weighing 240lbs. The bad thing about this was that I owned a moving company and worked most days as a mover, which burned a lot of calories throughout the course of the day. The problem here was that I was consuming too many simple carbs & processed foods.

And then, one day my daughter came downstairs—where I was sitting in my favorite lazy boy chair watching a football game, enjoying a bag of chips. She rested her head on my stomach, and started to rub my belly as if I was pregnant. That very moment sparked my fitness journey. I joined the gym and sign up for personal training. Through personal training I learned how to train correctly, recover faster, and eat healthier to keep my energy levels up that allowed me to lose a total of 53 pounds within 5-6 months.

As I started getting toned, my family and friends started asking me what I was doing to lose weight and get toned. After some time I decided to become a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

Now I have over 9 years of experience and success with clients who lost weight, tone-up and got their lives back on track.

My goal is to help you employ a plan that is tailored to fit you. A plan that will have you feeling and looking your best. I can help you build a strong physical foundation that will enable you to achieve any goals you may have.

My objective is to turn fitness goals into an essential lifestyle change.

My style as a personal trainer and fitness instructor is to motivate through a stern yet gentle approach using only positive reinforcement.
