What is Kangoo Jumps?

Kangoo Jumps is a highly motivating program that is the leading brand for safe mobile rebound exercise.

What are Kangoo Jumps rebound Boots?

Kangoo Jumps Boots are also known as Jumping Shoes or jump boots. They kind of resemble inline skates without wheels underneath. Instead they have a half moon looking shell underneath them with T-Springs in the middle. The undersides of the boots have soles that provide traction to help you remain stable as you bounce on the T-springs, which is like having a mini-trampoline under you.
These boots weigh around 8 pounds a pair, with a weight capacity of approximately 300 pounds. They are one of the world’s lowest impact shoes, reducing up to 80% of joint impact during athletic activity. They are also designed to challenge all fitness levels as well as the whole body.
They are good for building muscular strength, coordination, cardio-respiratory endurance and balance simultaneously.
Kangoo Jumps rebounding workouts are great for your lymphatic system (getting fluids moving and eliminating toxins from the body). They also burn more calories per unit of time, promoting faster weight loss while reducing training time and the likelihood of overtraining.

What is Kangoo Power?

Kangoo Power is a highly motivating interval training program comprised of a series of simple exercise progressions taught in a 32-64 count format to music. These movements are repeated at various levels of intensity and then combined together.
A new movement combination is then developed and added to the first. The end result is a chain of movements comprised of multiple combinations or blocks that are linked together to form a non-stop multi-level workout.
Each movement performed during class is designed to focus on core stability and ensuring a balance workout.

What to expect at Kangoo Power Class.

Classes are 45 minutes. In each class the 45-minute session includes a warm-up that flows into various exercises such as ham curls, knee ups, jumping jacks, high knees, squat jumps and more that would mimic the actual workout, followed by a cool down.
The great thing about this workout is that it is easy on your joints unlike other explosive or high intensity exercise programs that can be hard on your joints. Most importantly, you will have fun while burning more calories than you would without the shoes which make this workout a must-try.
Kangoo Jumps boots are safe for jogging/running, athletic training, group fitness classes, home fitness, weight loss and rehabilitation in some cases.

CLASS DETAILS

Classes are 45 minutes long. Please arrive 15 min early to make boot adjustments and to get acclimated.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each Class includes a warm-up that flows into various exercises such as ham curls, knee ups, jumping jacks, high knees, squat jumps and more that would mimic the actual workout, followed by a cool down.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR CLASS

Wear medium to thick long socks (mid shin height). Bring a water bottle and a towel. 

CLASS REQUIREMENTS

You are required to fill out an online Release and Waiver of Liability Form prior to class.
