1 Session – 0nce a week $90
4 x 50 minute Sessions – meet once a week $360
8 x 50 minute Sessions – meet twice a week $640
* Plan must be paid for in full prior to first session

WHAT YOU NEED FOR A SESSION:
A towel, floor mat, and a water bottle. Various sizes of dumbbells are recommended.
SESSION REQUIREMENTS:
Each person attending is required to fill out an online Release and Waiver of Liability Form prior to the first session.
