Whether you’re a senior, a busy professional, or simply someone seeking better flexibility and mobility, my assisted stretching sessions are designed to help you perform at your best.

As a certified personal trainer and stretch specialist I use techniques to safely guide your body through a series of customized stretches. This helps release tension, improve range of motion, and reduce the risk of injury.

I work one-on-one with you or your loved one to create a safe, supportive stretching experience that honors your pace and preferences. No special equipment needed—just a quiet space and comfortable clothing.

1. Initial Consultation (First Session)

● Assessment: I will go over your flexibility goals, areas of tension or pain, and injuries.

● Range of Motion Test: You will be guided through some movements to evaluate your current flexibility and mobility.

2. Stretching Session

● Passive Stretching: I will move your body into stretches while you relax allowing for a deeper and more effective stretch.

● Breathing Cues: You’ll be guided to breathe through stretches, which helps with relaxation and effectiveness.

3. Techniques Used

● Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF): A technique where you contract and relax a targeted muscle to be stretched to improve flexibility.

● Mobility Work: Some sessions may include myofascial release and reflexology using (massage gun, foam roller, massage ball and foot roller).

4. After the Session

● Increased Flexibility: You’ll likely feel looser, more mobile, and relaxed.

● Hydration Recommended: Drinking water helps flush out any toxins released during muscle manipulation.

● Possible Soreness: Mild soreness is normal, especially if you’re new to stretching or targeting tight areas.

5. Ongoing Sessions

SESSION REQUIREMENTS:
