Plan must be paid for in full prior to first session.
8 Sessions – Meet 2x per week. Sessions are 30 minutes long.
HOW TO SCHEDULE SESSIONS:
Coach Lee will send you an email to select dates and times for your sessions.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR A SESSION:
A towel, floor mat, and a water bottle. Various sizes of dumbbells are recommended.
You are required to fill out an online Release and Waiver of Liability Form prior to your first session.
