PLAN DETAILS:

4 Sessions, meet 1x per week or 8 – Sessions, required to meet 2x/wk. Sessions are 1 hour long. You can bring a Friend, Family Memeber or Spouse for FREE!

HOW TO SCHEDULE SESSIONS:

Coach Lee will send you an email to select dates and times for your sessions.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR A SESSION:

A towel, floor mat, and a water bottle. Various sizes of dumbbells are recommended.

SESSION REQUIREMENTS:

Each person attending is required to fill out an online Release and Waiver of Liability Form prior to the first session.
